Last month, as we were leaving Camp Atterbury, our RV broke down on US 31 around I-65. We travel and live fulltime in our coach so this was a very stressful experience for us. Our RV is more than a vehicle, it's our home. Since we were not familiar with the area, we used the Freightliner App and Stoops came up as the closest service center and we are so GRATEFUL! The best shop
My driver was there trying to figure out fan issues with the truck. The mechanics Kevin and mason were disrespectful, not willing to help. At the end of the day, it was what it was. But the ladies in the parts office were amazing for him to deal with and get him the parts he needed.
