The best shop
My driver was there trying to figure out fan issues with the truck. The mechanics Kevin and mason were disrespectful, not willing to help. At the end of the day, it was what it was. But the ladies in the parts office were amazing for him to deal with and get him the parts he needed.
Whatever you gotta do with Ash and Ashley.. promote them, give them a pay raise, make them shirts that say "AA TEAM".. Talk about amazing customer service, communication, and will to help! What am amazing pair your have at the front. Thank yall!! 🤙
My freightliner chassis with the Cummins ISL 9 had a failed hose pipe connector at rear of engine.31 diesel truck towing service out of Seymour took me to Stoops freightliner. Stoops Freightliner offered to let me stay in the coach that I travel in. I was there for 3 nights. Nothing but first class service and a big thumbs up to Everyone There. Thanks
This freightliner was amazing Kevin from the service right up department went above and beyond for my wife Stephanie . We had to get our truck fixed and she was gravely ill. He drove her to Best Western actually helped her check in early and fix our truck perfectly. These guys are a first class freightliner. I would recommend anyone to go here I would give them 10 stars.
