Great facilities when available, amazing location to restaurants and convenience stores, not the best when it comes to consistency or cleanliness. Dog poop and trash everywhere due to there only being 3 bag stations and trash cans IN the pool areas that get restocked/ cleaned out once every 2-5 weeks. Laundry room often locked in middle of the day and/ or full of soap residue and a weird wet mildew-y smell. Pool area locked most of the year with a green-brown sheen. Pros: decent sized apartments; good facilities when available; relatively short distance to nearby stores, restaurants, and several schools; decent-ish prices for rent Cons: -Landlord special noticed in the natural light: holes were half patched, hinges were painted over, the tub stopper didn't fit and we had to replace it within our first week. -Drains were clogged often and the pipes under the sink would flood the kitchen at least once a month. -Laundry room was cons... read more
