Great service and friendly staff!
Heather has drawn my blood twice and always does a great job. She’s very accommodating, friendly and professional. Great job, Heather!
As you see, the sign reads, lunch is 1:00-2:00. I got here @ 12:36, knocked on the door because it was locked. A phlebotomist came to the lobby & informed me that she was @ lunch. She said that lunch was 12:00-1:00. The responsibility falls on her & her coworkers to make sure that the information is correct. Especially if it’s the posted signs in their office.
The staff here are always super nice and professional. Home to the only phlebotomy techs that don't leave me with a bruise! Always fast and professional service.
