Maintenance staff are awesome. They are respectful and prompt when responding to maintenance issues.
I enjoy living at Stony Point Apart. The office and maintenance staff are polite and give great attention to your concerns. The property is clean and pleasing to the eye. The area is very peaceful. And is in the middle of of everything. Walls are thin and it can sometimes feel and if you can hear everything that your neighbors do inside of their apartment. I’ve lived here almost a year and here’s what I think so far: The maintenance team is awesome. They go above and beyond and respond really quickly. Travis came to fix something the other day and noticed our door was sticking and fixed it on the spot. In the winter, this team is out salting and shoveling snow and are altogether the best maintenance team I’ve ever encountered. The grounds are beautiful. I love walking my dog around the lake. I got off work and my apartment was 82 degrees hot. I dealt with it that night but when the rental office opened I called and when I got off the next evening my apartment was 71 degrees cold. The maintenance man came not long after I placed the call. Thank you for responding and fixing my air so fast.
