Five minutes late for an appointment with a 2 1/2 yr old with an ear ache and was told she couldn’t be seen!! What compassionate Dr. does that? Whoever was on for Sunday 10/25, very disheartening for a “professional”!!

Staff was great and we were seen quickly.
I came in for a minor finger avulsion (sliced the skin off the tip of my finger with a chef's knife) and, while I did have to wait for what seemed like a long time, the PA Amy who saw me was very friendly, empathetic, and helpful. I even got a follow-up call from the office the next week, which was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint about this place (and a lot of urgent-care places) is that the hours are not particularly helpful. Was very happy with my care at Stony Creek this past weekend when I went in for a high fever on Friday. Christina was great and followed up with me in the days after as well.
I don’t normally write reviews especially bad ones but I can’t ignore his bad of an experience this was. I took my brother here on 7/8/18 for a small laceration that needed a few stitches. The person who took care of us didn’t tell us who he was. Immediately tried thinking of reasons this minor wound couldn’t be taken care of here. Yawned loudly in the middle of his explanation. Wanted to get an x-ray but had no tech. Therefore he refused to suture it because he probably didn’t know how. Told us he would prescribe an antibio... read more
My experience with Stony Creek wad excellent. I was seen quickly and they responded with a diagnostic program to address the problem. Their follow-up was excellent and I would go to their facility again without hesitation. I highly recommend them.
