This is a very nice place to stay.. rooms are spacious with the nice sound of the creek in behind it makes u feel so relaxed... the manager was very friendly and sweet.. they are remodeling the hotel and doing a great job at it.. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay..
The creek in the back, sleeping with the window open. Peaceful and tranquil. The price was perfect for us. This was our 2nd stay and we are planning our next stay.
this is the best family place. So wonderful sitting by the Creek. The manage couple made a fire in the pit and they sat around with us as we talked! Wonderful people. This lady that was staying here was sweet too. My brother brought his drone and we flew it and had a great time.
Whenever you're in Maggie Valley N.C. you have to stay at Stony Creek Motel. Wonderful,hospitable,manager Tammy is great,thanks for making our stay super! We were in town for Thunder In The Smokies bike rally. Our room was spacious,clean,had everything we needed & a nice size deck overlooking a rushing trout stream. It's a little slice of heaven at a very reasonable rate! A must stay! 5 stars in my book!!!!
Loved this clean and quite little place. It was just across the street from Joey's Pancake House. That made it even better. The new owner's are very nice and very clean. This will be my choice the next time I need a quite little getaway! You cannot beat the prices either!
