Well maintained apartments and grounds.
Whenever we explain to management about issue, they don’t do anything about to. A neighbor and I mentioned that we saw a roach and we’ve been here for quite some time now. The office said “what have I done about it” they don’t exterminate or anything even when you’ve been with them for years and you’ve never had an issue. This is unbelievable and I reported them to the corporate office. They are terrible here.
I would’ve given them a zero rating, but that isn’t an option. They are the worst company to deal with. The complex my gf and I live at, North Glen, recently got changed to being owned/ran by Stoney creek and they have the worst staff. They are also very rude. We have a problem with a bee/wasp infestation in front of our entrance door and my gf is quite allergic to them. Wish we had laundry in each unit! That would be really nice
Love it everyone who works here is very helpful and nice ..no place is perfect I'm happy here
