I was struggling with some "text neck" from hunching over my phone and computer so much at work, and Heather really helped me learn how to adjust my posture and stay conscious of it throughout the day. I have had much less neck pain since working with her! She is super patient and non-judgmental — I highly recommend working with her to fix your alignment issues!
