On Friday 30 December as a result of a fall two nights earlier my leg was severely swollen ,bruised and painful, so at 11:00pm I went to Southampton Hospital ER. It was busy but a cubicle was found for me. A doctor (I never knew his name) checked my leg and ordered x-rays to make sure it wasn’t broken as well as the machine to see if there’s a blood clot. I was there in 01/26/2021 It was a nightmare,place was dirty,the staff have no compasión with the sick, I was freezing,ask for a blanket never got it. I ask for some for the pain never got anything,the iv te put in hurt me all night,I got up a couple time to pee When I went to wash my hand,there wasn’t any soap or sannetizer.
