This office has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with & it's every single time. Constantly on hold for at least 45 minutes but if you go in there, there is never a phone ringing. The receptionists are extremely rude. Just do your job? How hard can it be to answer the phone? Especially when they wait till the very last second to send out referrals and you're sitting in another office on hold because you people cant do your extremely easy job.
Phone menu is getting worse. The opening menu option is 1 for English 2 for Spanish and you MUST select one to get to the SECOND menu. Following menu there is no option to speak to a person, just loops: appointments, prescriptions, insurance, repeat. I need my meds refilled. They're not schedule one substances. Seems like I should have read the reviews first as I’m not the only one with a bad experience with the office staff
