How can I give anything but a five-star review to a doctor and assistant who treated me at 9:00 PM on a Sunday night for the worst toothache I've ever had. Yeah. You read that right. 9:00 at night ON A SUNDAY!! This was absolutely an emergency and my regular dentist was unavailable. The tooth needed to be extracted and a bone graft was also performed. I had a follow-up appointment with my usual dentist and was told that Dr. Baum did a great job with the graft. Would I recommend him to a friend? Hell yes!
Zero compassion patience or empathy. Rude, condescending, dismissive and passive aggressive. He 100% manipulates his reviews without a doubt. There is no way anyone would rate him above 3 stars.
