I finally found a dentist who does great work! I had to have some old work corrected and redone and I wish I had found Dr Baum first! He and his staff did a fabulous job and treated me so well each time, thank you.
first of all, I am someone who hates going to the dentist. But Dr. Baum makes it so easy, I really can't complain any more. I've been a patient for 3 years and will be going for many more. He is painless, the staff is super friendly and everything they've done for me (root canal, crown and several fillings) all came out great.
This is by far the best dentist in Suffolk County. The care Dr. Baum gave to my wife was absolutely fabulous. She needed a lot of work from her prior dentist redone. Luckily, this time everything was done properly and she feels and looks wonderful now. The office is extremely modern and everyone there went the extra mile to make her comfortable each visit. Would NOT recommend. Puts patients' needs secondary to his profit margins. Went in for a cleaning and ended up leaving in more pain than when I went in. He did a filling on my which has already fallen out, two weeks later. Tried to get me to do unnecessary procedures and wouldn't take my concerns into consideration. His shady behavior led me to get a second opinion from another dentist, who told me that none of those procedures were necessary. I had brought my son Joshua to Dr. Baum, as an emergency. My son had seen 2 other dentists and could not get out of pain. Dr, Baum was so caring amd understanding. He immedialtey knew what to do for him. His compassion for the patient was amazing. I am bringing my entire family to him. There is no question that Dr. Baum is the best dentist on Long Island.
