I wasn't going to write a review for this, but it's become a little annoying to me. I visited this facility just over a year ago for a skin cancer screening. Skin cancer runs in my family so I have to get yearly checks and this year I decided to try a new place after feeling iffy about Stony Brook. Dr. Lozeau barely checked me. Came for a yearly skin check/skin cancer screening. Was billed as a level 4 complex new patient visit (although I’ve been seen here in 2019). I was in the exam room for maybe 5 minutes. Credit card was automatically charged for almost $400. My insurance says they coded everything wrong and that’s why I was charged. Office refuses to re-code things correctly so that they can fraudulently bill me for services that were not provided. Office staff extremely rude.
