I hate leaving bad reviews on a business but people need to be warned about this builder. Scott's sub contractors were always pleasant but Scott himself was rude and snarky right out the gate. I was warned by other people in Bella Vista that he would be difficult and to have my husband deal with communication as he seems to be nastier to women. Yuck. It's been almost a year from day one of us moving in floor is coming up in every signal room. Scott has not fixed it. We even had to go file a complaint against him. And his response was we put furniture on it. Even after filing complaint he still has not fixed it.
