I cannot say enough wonderful things about this pediatrician’s office. They have been caring for my son since he was born, and over the years they have consistently gone above and beyond for our family. My son has recently been dealing with some medical issues, and every single provider I have spoken with has been incredibly helpful, kind, patient and willing to listen to what I’m seeing as his parent, take my concerns seriously, and work with me to figure out how best to help him. Love the doctors, hate the fact that they ask for pronouns and "other" genders at a CHILDRENs doctor's office. Kind of insane. A lot of people leave "ideology" and "craziness" out of their business and this should be one of them. Looking for a new doctor before my next appointment. My child is 9. SHE is a female and always will be. I respect everyone. But these are children. Pediatrics. Ridiculous. 15 years of being here. Wasn't an option before, shouldn't ever be an option for children.
This office has really gone downhill since Stony Brook took them over. Getting an appointment is an exercise in frustration: hold times are long, doctors are unreachable by phone, and sick visits are basically non-existent. Once you get an appointment, expect to sit in the room without cell service or internet for 45 minutes staring at the wall until they come in to see you. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!! They Falsely call CPS on you for no damn reason! I’m a proud mom of 2 beautiful , loved and well taken care of children .
