Great place to live - my first apartment complex I've lived in outside of the NY Metro area. The pool is incredible and I love how clean and well kept the place is. Maintenance is also 10 out of 10 ! My only gripes are as follow (which are nitpicky): 1. Outdoor doors should have screens on them. In the cooler months, its nice to have fresh air, but I don't want mosquitoes or lizards moving in with me. I was surprised at this, especially on a ground floor unit. I really enjoyed living at Stono Oaks! Catherine and Ashlin in the office are both incredibly friendly and made the move-in and move-out process seamless. Throughout my time there, I always felt safe walking around the community, and the maintenance team was consistently responsive, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend this apartment complex!
We love living here! Great front desk staff, management, and maintenance! Mike, the maintenance manager, is very efficient with issues and keeps the property well taken care of. Catherine and Ashlin also are awesome, very attentive and responsive! Highly recommended.
I absolutely love living here!! Catherine in the front office is so great and made my move in process so easy. I toured about 5 places on JI before committing to Stono Oaks but because of how great they were it was an easy choice. I was able to sign everything online since I lived out of state at the time. I also have never had a maintenance crew so attentive they truly go above and beyond to keep things clean and running smoothly.
