I really enjoyed living at Stono Oaks! Catherine and Ashlin in the office are both incredibly friendly and made the move-in and move-out process seamless. Throughout my time there, I always felt safe walking around the community, and the maintenance team was consistently responsive, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend this apartment complex!
We love living here! Great front desk staff, management, and maintenance! Mike, the maintenance manager, is very efficient with issues and keeps the property well taken care of. Catherine and Ashlin also are awesome, very attentive and responsive! Highly recommended.
I absolutely love living here!! Catherine in the front office is so great and made my move in process so easy. I toured about 5 places on JI before committing to Stono Oaks but because of how great they were it was an easy choice. I was able to sign everything online since I lived out of state at the time. I also have never had a maintenance crew so attentive they truly go above and beyond to keep things clean and running smoothly. I can honestly say that this is the nicest housing complex that I have ever stayed with wonderful amenities and professional management. To speak more to experience that I have had most recently with Ashlynn and Lenny, they were able to help me beyond the call of duty with accommodating me. Let’s talk about stono oaks. Theres plenty of good and not so great things about the complex. It’s new construction, which is a plus and with that there are a whole plethora of issues that can arise. Let’s start with the good: 1. Aesthetically, very pleasing exterior. 2. Within walking distance of a grocery store which was awesome and very convenient. 3.
