Dr. Keilty is an absolutely amazing dentist (My family and I have stuck by his service since my childhood - I'm currently 25.) He has a fantastic personality that truly adds to the experience. His newest staff members, however, are beyond horrendous. The rude phone behavior oversteps far too many bounds to feel comfortable entering the office, and I am currently seeking a new dentist. Yes Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
