Stoneybrook will not fix anything. I have lived there for 5 years. In the past year my apt has had a mold problem. Mold is growing up my walls. I have asked for the problem to fixed many times. The people who own it will not do anything about it. I am told to wash my walls down with bleach. They are at least 3 other residents who have the same problem and they are told the same thing.
A horrible place to live.....screaming kids uncontrolled.. Dirty looking and the Courtesy Officer... If that is what you want to call him... please He is never around .and is not very friendly. Do not rent here.They go through managers like a fast food place.. You never know who the maintenance person will be from one month to the next.
