I have lived here on and off for the last five years. Like every apt complex it has its good points and bad points. Over all this apt complex does provide a roof over your head. Though everything might not work all the time. Since I have lived here I have experienced lights falling out of ceiling. numerous times of not having hot water. Two instances of months, yes more that one, with no air conditioning during the summer. The pool is a lost cause. Last year I think it was available to us for about two weeks of the summer.
