long time resident. keep getting fines for pets I don't have. Maintenance is non exist- will take over a month to fix a toilet. Air vents are never ever cleaned (mold and other crap around it). Been their for over 7 years, rent never late. Repairs takes forever. Never had an apartment inspection of the natural wear and tear (7 yrs) Told me if I wanted my kitchen counters fixed it would be a upgrade and I would have to pay for it. They fine you for feeding animals that not even yours. They see cans etc by someone door and fine everyone on that level. Unbelievable.
