There is no assigned parking so it’s hard to park in front of your home, Random loud kids knocking on my door & running, Needs pest control every 2 weeks not twice a year, but have them people cutting grass from 8am to 12 in the afternoon every 3 days like they working in the forest chopping down trees, really one of the worst neighborhoods I have lived in & I’m from NY.
This is the worse complex ever . They have a bad roach, mice and pest issue and they do nothing about it. Management lies and say they will come and fix the problem and they don’t. You will have to hire you own pest service and if your appliances break down . They will not fix it. Believe the low star reviews because this place lies , and property staff will do nothing about but just take your money. The money we pay as tenants should go to fixing the pest issues. If I could rate it 0 STARS I WOULD, DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve been living here for almost 5 months and have never had this issue. This is disgusting I have to throw so much stuff away because of this. And I have a 2 year old but guys the pictures speak for themselves I have a roach and mice infestation problem and NO ONE HAS CAME TO FIX IT OR DID ANYTHING AT ALL
5/5 – Great Place to Live! Having a great experience living at this apartment complex. My unit was clean, well-maintained, and move-in ready. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and professionally. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The community is quiet, safe, and you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property, and it shows. I’m grateful to live in a place where I feel both comfortable.
