Sometimes one of us says, “ I’d like cioppino, let’s go to Stony Point!” Not long after, one of us says, “Let’s have a good cocktail before dinner. Let’s go to Stony Point!” Or “Wouldn’t chocolate soufflé taste delicious after dinner? Let’s go to Stony Point!” We have always been treated well here, always greeted cordially, always had great food and drinks and we enjoy the quirky, old-time piano music.
I walked in and owner greeted me with a scowl. I had a reservation. He said to me and I quote "the rest of your party better show up". As though that wasn't enough the waiter told me we had to b out because there was a reservation at 8..it was only 6 o'clock !!! I finally asked him if he wanted me to leave now !!!!? I and alot of my friends eat there often, but I will never go back again and I certainly won't recommend to anyone. Your party did indeed have a reservation... at 5:30, and after the 2nd person joined roughly at 6:15pm, that’s when Adolfo, your waiter, kindly informed you of needing the table as promised to another party at 8:00pm. Our apologies if it came across rudely, our goal is to make our customers happy.

My girlfriend and I love this spot. The food is absolutely delicious, the service is beyond excellent, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The price is expensive but absolutely worth it. Love that places like this still exist. If you want a classy romantic dinner, then you need to give this place a go.
