Can’t say enough nice things about SCVH but today was the day that topped everything. I called at 7:15 PM because my dog ripped off one of his rear toenails and it was bleeding. Instead of telling me to go to the emergency vet, the doctor said to come in tonight. They fixed him up in under an hour and my boy is doing great! Love this place.
We have been receiving care at Stoney Creek since our pup was 8 weeks old and now she is just about 6 years old. It use to be a great vet. Now I can never get through to anyone on the phone and this has been going on for a few months. We are in the process of looking into a new Vet for our dog. I would encourage people to look elsewhere. They are under new ownership and I feel it has gone down hill tremendously.
All the staff is very friendly. Caring. And sensitive to how you are feeling when your pet is sick.
Dr. Henry thank you for always making us feel like Bosco is your only patient I know that is not true, but to us it really feels like that. And Khaylee, you are an asset there.
