Jim Derkacz launched an investigation as to why he wasn't my first call when I didn't have water in the house. No concern for my family - just berating me because his guys can get things done "at half or a third of the cost." I didn't hire anyone, just had a friend (master plumber) come tell me what happened. Instead of support, I got yelled at by a guy with zero compassion.
RecommendedI’ve worked with Jim for the better part of the last 2 years as both my property manager and realtor. I highly recommend using him for any of your real estate needs. He’s very knowledgeable in his field and executes decisions very quickly. I would gladly stick with him and Stoney Creek had I not needed to relocate out of state. By far the best decision I made was contacting him when I first decided to rent out my first investment.

Jim Derkacz and Stoney Creek Property Management have provided me with flawless service for about 6 years now. They manage 2 properties for me and I moved out of state with no reservations. I highly recommend Jim and his team for any real estate purpose, whether its buying, selling or managing rental properties.
