It was a very beautiful hotel and great patio. Rooms were really nice! They serve a great breakfast. We are on a road trip and just stop along the way and really got lucky with this one.
Front Desk employee missing for at least 10 minutes as we tried to check in. So, they know this is an issue as they've placed this giant bell on the counter that dings loudly, but it didn't help. The employee stated she was the only one there when she returned. This falls on management, fork out the money for a second person during check in hours. Rooms are getting older, not a fan of carpet in the room. Breakfast was good.
Nice location with clean rooms. The staff was friendly and informative. The room was comfortable with good TV and amenities. My only complaint was an on-site pub/restaurant was advertised. In reality, there is a bar with a limited food selection. They were out of most items. That said, the bartender was really nice and helpful regarding directions to local places.
