Nice pool and hot tub area. Fireplace and TV in the pool area.
Get a room near the end (~closer to the 55's...mine was 255). Walls are paper thin, so if you're close to the lobby end/ elevators, you'll know it.
What a gem! My husband and I stayed at the Stoney Creek Inn in Onolaska, Wis., last night, and one night a few weeks ago. From the minute you lay eyes on the gigantic bronze moose (who I nicknamed named after one of my sisters) near the entryway, this all-out north-woods-themed hotel will charm the knickers off of you! The atmosphere is relaxed, the check-in staff is down-home friendly, and the northwoods decor seems striaght out of the movie "The Great Outdoors."
