The floor in the shower is slippery. The Lodge Room 160 doesn't have a stove. But all in all we had a great time.
We had a comfy king bed, enjoyable breakfast variety & a warm pool / hot tub. We had to shorten our trip a day due to the snowy weather. We were given a refund. Very good customer service!
Old west ski lodge resort type log cabin feeling yet up to date and relaxing. Outstanding friendly customer service hard to find in today’s world. On website says chuck wagon for breakfast …. What an understatement….. hot breakfast with many varieties to choose from . Example eggs, hashbrowns, both sausage and bacon, toast bagel croissant or biscuit. Within the past 10 years of going here with my mom and my brother, we have had very good service, and then within the first 5 mins of getting there all the power went out for 3 hours and they didn’t even check if anyone was ok or not freaking out! And when it was breakfast, all the food was COLD! Horrible service! And when my mom called and asked for a discount or refund for the room, because of the power outage they wouldn’t give it to her because of all of Johnston’s power outage. 10/10 not recommended for guest who want g... read more
