I am one who is always nervous to travel and my boyfriend and I wanted to travel to des monies. We booked at this hotel and needless to say I loved it. The location is right off the interstate however it has no sounds of the interstate that I could hear and gave the best wooden cabin feel inside the hotel and out. Staff was so sweet and kind which helped wash away anxiety and all together I loved our room. It was amazing. Very positive experience staying here. The first room we stayed in had a very loud AC unit that made it so we could not sleep, at 1:30am we asked to switch rooms and they promptly gave us a new room, one in which the AC wasn’t making a high pitch sound. Both rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms extremely clean. Hotel is under renovations and they are updating things that are becoming very dated.
