Wad Givin an early check in got here was told no rooms available...2 girls at desk I explained I paid the extra and called this morning before heading here..they finally gave us a room..was not very clean, air conditioning filter was clogged so bad wasn't wkn right..bathroom floor had hair on it and the told me for all hastle they were waving my 25$ early check in..I look on my bank and there it is.never took it off...had to go dwn to front desk and bytch...ugh will never stay here again..terrible...terrible...
Mallory was great and very friendly. She made sure all my needs were met!!!!!!!!! However The pregnant girl who works in the front could learn a thing or two from Mallory because she was kinda rude to me. Other than that I had an overall great experience!!!!
They have very rude personal and they charged my card 307 $ and keeps hanging up on me whenever I call about my refund. These people are racist thieves
I want to preface this by saying that we've stayed at Stoney Creek dozens of times, as we do local stay-cations. In addition, my daughter had her Sweet 16 bday party there bc her best friend's mother (Dogic) was a long time housekeeper there so we have had many positive interactions with staff and service. Watch your statement! I rented a room for my wife while she was traveling and as a surprise added the champagne package to the check in option. 1 they never actually delivered it and when I checked my credit card it shows that they did indeed charge me, but instead of the $30 package for the champagne they charged $50! Then on top of that they billed an additional over $60 on what is on my bill. I sent 2 messages to the front desk asking to make it right and no reply.
