would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. From the beginning, I felt misled about the unit and the conditions I was agreeing to rent. The floor plan and apartment details I was originally shown were misleading. At the time, I was living in Texas and relied on the listing through the Zillow app, which was not updated with accurate or current information about the unit. Clean office, friendly staff but I can’t remember their names, and a beautiful property all around. I will hopefully be living here in the future once my bf starts his new job over the summer. The walking path that goes all the way around the complex was what sold me on this being the first choice for our first apartment ever! My only question that I didn’t get answered was about the pool and when it opened and they said they weren’t sure yet
Had a tour scheduled for noon one day but I was excited and ended up coming in almost 2 hours early so I halfway expected to be told to come back later but the young gentleman was happy to take me on my tour early. All the questions I had going in were answered (even the silly ones) and at the end the guy even helped me pick out a handful of apartments I could apply on at home later when I was ready. The rest of the staff inside seemed very nice including the maintenance man
We had a really disappointing experience with this apartment complex and would not recommend it. The guy who gave us the tour only gave us about 15 minutes, didn’t seem prepared, and couldn’t answer most of our questions. We were also made to wait outside because another tour was scheduled right after ours, which felt pretty unprofessional. During the tour, he even had a jewel fall out of his pocket, which just added to the overall unprofessional vibe. These are really nice apartments. You should really check out the upgraded ones. I lived in one of the original one for quite a few years and transferred to an upgraded one recently and they are really nice. My old apartment was still really nice, but my new one has wood flooring, stainless appliances with a water and ice dispenser, backsplash, and other little details that made a big difference.
