The upside: Nice apartments and nice neighborhood. Also pet friendly. The downside: They are AWFUL with maintenance requests, even ones labelled as emergencies! Our water heater recently broke, and we went 4 days without hot water (I think that's illegal). The only reason they responded after 4 days was because after a battle of just trying to reach someone on the phone to get someone to fix it, we were finally able to reach the property manager (Dawn) after leaving a message.
