They're running a genius scam. You're required to pay $9 to be added to a waitlist for an apartment that will never be available. I can only imagine the hundreds or thousands of people they've been scamming for years with their fake $9 waitlist. BBB complaint submitted.
Living in complex for 3 plus years. Only issue is snow removal timing. Dawn does great with communication regarding events and changes.
I have lived here at Stoney Creek for 3 years now and love my apartment, and the location. Dawn and the maintenance team have always been friendly and helpful. Whenever I’ve had an issue Dawn has responded quickly and has worked hard to resolved my issues.
I have rented at Stoney Creek for a while now and really love my apartment. It's spacious, in a great location and the property is kept up very well. The manager, Dawn, has always been very helpful, kind, understanding and pleasant every time I called to have something repaired. She has even given me some great ideas and helpful tips for my apartment. It's nice to have a great manager!
