Stoney Creek Apartments and the William Penn property management company are by far the worst company that I’ve ever rented from and I would not suggest that anyone rent here. RUN! I’ll give you a few reasons. 1. Griselda, the property manager acts as if she is bothered by simple requests from residents. And when my partner and I made a request to have the apartment sprayed for bed bugs, she responded that we could just move out. The apartment is old and crapy, smells terrible. Some people smoke weed in the building, groooooooooss. Management is a disaster.The manager Grizelda is just the worst of worst. Lazy and rude. she would just ignore your requests. Dont understand why she can be hired. Not recommended at all.
