Overpriced but not a bad community for young families
I have lived at Stoney Creek for over three years, going on my 4th year! It truly is the BEST apartment complex (also affordable!!) that you can live in, amazing area with things to do. If you need anything done, such as repairs/help you understand things they will get it done! The property manager/workers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!
I had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The staff and management team were always helpful, professional, and quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed assistance. They made the entire process, from move-in to move-out, very smooth and stress-free. The property was always well maintained, and they genuinely care about providing a comfortable place for their residents. Any maintenance requests were always handled promptly. All the credit goes to Ms Winter Fuller because of her exceptional customer service. Winter made us feel comfortable and at home throughout the whole process. We were nearly exhausted from looking at so many other places that either didn't meet our needs or were above our budget, and she showed us different options available to us, and helped us make a final decision. Now for the unboxing of everything! Ugh! We are looking forward to exploring our new neighborhood and calling it home.
Horrible management. The new owners Re lazy , don't fix anything. Require u to carry renters insurance, never in the office when needed and when ur lease up, they deny renewals even if u been there 5 years and never once been late a payment. They don't give receipts for rent paid so If rent from this SLUMLORD keep ALL receipts.
