Very friendly and helpful! Clean and well taken care of. Fast to take care of any maintenance. Would recommend! Safe and secure property.
So, we’ve been renting here for about 7 months and have had no issues, absolutely loved it here until yesterday. We got a letter on our door saying our rent was not payed. I’m 1000 percent sure I paid our rent. I had no reason to think it would not have went through as all previous ones have went through just fine. Stoney creek has been a great affordable place to live. Nice quiet complex. Winter has been nothing shy of wonderful. If there’s an issue that’s brought to her attention she does a great job to get it resolved as soon as possible!
