I really appreciate Winter Fuller because whenever I have reached out to her, she is very quick with her response.And you really can't find that everywhere. And I think the apartment is just enough space for what I need. It doesn't feel crowded at all.
There is mold in multiple tenants' apartments and they are not doing anything about it. They are raising the rent really high on apartments that are not renovated and need lots of work. They only care about the outside and not the actual apartments. *Edit* There are still many units that have mold and it's not being addressed.
Moving here was so easy! Everyone was very friendly, and we received a very warm welcome! Even maintenance is super accommodating
