I moved to Stoney Creek in Dec of 2025 I have had leaks from my upstairs bedroom down to the basement. When you call to reach out the staff are rude and very unprofessional. They need training in customer service and professionalism
The worst kind of people that work at the front desk disrespectful the workers that’s working there as of right now 11/18/2025 the worst kind of people ever they need to be fired right now the whole office is disrespectful they ignore our calls they make us pay extra rent GET THEM OUT RIGHT NOW PLEASE

Well maintained apartments and grounds.
Whenever we explain to management about issue, they don’t do anything about to. A neighbor and I mentioned that we saw a roach and we’ve been here for quite some time now. The office said “what have I done about it” they don’t exterminate or anything even when you’ve been with them for years and you’ve never had an issue. This is unbelievable and I reported them to the corporate office. They are terrible here.
