I have lived here for 10 years and created tons of memories Unfortunately, Deb (Landlord) we where demanded to leave for the new renovations. We agreed to end our time with Stoney Creek. The next day Deb (Landlord) asking for a space heater we never borrowed. Maintenance Men, They have zero certification regarding hvac, electrical, plumbing etc. Please check your information before moving in here.
Took a tour & liked how the townhome looked. Young Women in office wasn’t very helpful when asking questions after tour. Seem more or so careless then anything, didn’t really care to get us in or not. Older lady I believe Debbie helped the most out of the whole experience but still haven’t gotten far. Tried calling all week, no response. Decided to not move toward
Deb, Brittny, and the maintenance men make Stoney Creek such an enjoyable community to live in. They are all so attentive to any issues and are so kind with their delivery. I cannot recommend this apartment community enough. Fantastic amenities, safe area, quick and efficient service for any maintenance requests, and fun community events. I loved living here and wish I could stay longer! Don't hesitate to give this place a visit!
December 2024 Update: Do not recommend. Overpriced corporate ran garbage. Issues with personal safety and property security. 2016: Great place for the money. Hands down one of the most economical places to live in the greater Columbus, Ohio region. Like any apartment, the neighbors can be luck of the draw, but they do background check prior to move-in.
