This place used to be a great place. Then, 3CM took over. People were iced in for weeks during the infamous TX storm. This place did NOTHING for the residents during the storm. AFTER the storm, suddenly there were people (supposed staff members) dropping off water on door steps. What the staff did NOT do, was actually check all the apartments for the true amounts of damage. I have lived here since 2017. I started out in a 1 bedroom and upgraded to a 2. Since I've been here, the management and office staff have switched constantly. No one ever knows what your talking about. Rent has risen a LOT! When I chose a 2 bedroom apartment, I chose it because it was NOT upgraded and was cheaper. They forced upgrades on the apartments and raised the rent $50 upon renewal. Then it was another $50 the next year. The amenities that they claim to have barely work.
