I wanted to move in here until I read the reviews
Greg is a horrible landlord. My partner has been living at the apartments for a year now and has had nothing but issues with him, the so called maintenance guy, and the property owners. On 5/6/21 my partner reported his window being slightly cracked in the corner and was told by the maintenance man that he wouldn’t worry about it till it got worse. 5/8/21 we come home and the entire window is cracked from corner to corner and the maintenance man was let known immediately. It doesnt surprise me about the views. We lived there 8 years ago and the roaches were awful and they wont give deposits back the ex covict stoll from are apt and they never got read of him we had to pay the excon maintance cash under table to get any thing done
