Brett is such a pleasure to work with. He helped me and my wife get into a beautiful home at a very good price
Buying home thru them. Great to work with ! But the home itself is not quality. Walls painted too quickly, paint on cabinets, sewar smell in laundry when you wash. Doors in every room swing closed on their own. Water stands in backyard 6 in deep. Shower leaks on floor. Attic where ac installed contractor left a mess. Waiting on 60 day review

Editing my original review would not achieve the same result as deleting and amending; New: D.R. Horton management staff reached out to me, likely as a result of this bad review, and I could not take the call. They were adamant that they *wanted* to discuss my problems so they set up a follow up call for that following Friday. The call never came, and I have had no further contact attempts from them. I am certain now more than I was that D.R. Horton does not care about their clients after signing the paperwork for purchase. ... read more
