Empty plot in the center of subdivision looks terrible. There is nothing for the kids to do. No one is 100% sure who the lot belongs to the city or DR Horton. There is nothing but tall grass and probably snakes. Another new subdivision has a pool and park already for kids to have something to do and it’s no where near completed. I feel like they just want your money here. Update to my post: Never had anyone from upper management reach out to me. If I could do it again I would choose another builder.
