I recently purchased quartz countertops from Stoneworks and everything turned out great! They were very helpful with the selections and saved me a ton of money. We first had one color picked out and they turned us onto another color that was merely identical to our first choice and was almost half the price. Very professional staff. Thanks guys!!
Stoneworks was great! My experience with Stoneworks was second to none. I dealt with Sarah and she was very thorough and was a huge help. Their pricing was more than fair and the guy that did the template was very polite and the installers were amazing! I have already referred them to several of my friends. We will use Stoneworks on our next project for sure.
FANTASTIC COMPANY I am not sure what these people are talking about with giving Stoneworks a bad review. I've been working with them for years and the detail they pay attention to is always above and beyond what is expected. They have had a staff that has been there for quite some time and they are always a pleasure to work with. The work is always great. We refer people to Stoneworks all the time.
This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The salesguy I worked with (Ryan) was rude and insulting. He failed to communicate major flaws in the product and critical issues with the layout. Instead of allowing the customer to make the decision, he made them for us. When questioned, everyone in the company pawned blame on everyone else. No one took responsibility but Ryan did call to let me know it would look fine in a few years and (essentially) I should have known better. IT IS NOT FINE.
Twice I was in their office and yard to pick a slab. Both times after I picked a slab I was called days later and told the slab was promised to someone else. Asked the owner to call me and no response. They have no clue and could care less. Why would you give them lots of money and be treated like this? Go somewhere you will get honest info and good service. It will not be here.
