I have been here 5 plus years. The rent was always a little high. But it was quite and never had any theft or problems with neighbors. The grounds are nice. But he house is in rough shape. And now new management is way over charging and raise new fees every year. They put bandaid on things and charge you for new amenities. Would not recommend ever.

I would save your money and move to somewhere better. The management is a joke. Your neighbors do drugs. They take section 8 so that's another issue. You pay over 950 for something that's outdated. The lawn isn't maintained unless you call the township. The pool is never opened and completely disgusting If it is opened. Save your money and time and buy a house!

I worked for Eugene Curran who manages Stonewood Village Apartments (York,PA) & Torrey Place apartments (new bruanfels, TX). He is a terrible person to deal with. Incredibly selfish and never thinks of others. He basically is running a ponzi scheme as he does not pay vendors yet uses business funds to pay for his London vacations etc. He berates employees on a regular basis (calling them stupid/dumb).
