Beautiful but very difficult to get in touch with. Good luck to all future brides and groomsmen. Called emailed Facebook messaged the year before the wedding and the year of and still no call back.
Although the venue and grounds are beautiful, the experience was not ideal. After the ceremony, it poured for about 30-45 minutes. Without wiping chairs, removing soaked cushions, table cloths etc. guests were expected to have a sit down dinner until the brides family intervened and the food was moved to the tent with the band. I recently coordinated a wedding at this venue and it has gone down as one of my favorite venues of all time in my books. In my 8 years as a coordinator, rarely have I ever seen a more beautiful venue. I'm not sure what is more stunning- the home itself, the rose garden, the back patio and pool overlooking the sunset on Lake Tuscaloosa, the dance floor they install over the pool, the chandelier hanging over the dance floor, or the immaculately kept landscaping - everywhere you look is beautiful!
