It was worth it when rent was $595 . Now they want to charge you $700 for a small, dingy, outdated hovel . I lived in an upstairs unit and everywhere you walked it creaked . I could never have anybody over because it was just so embarrassing. It was nothing I could be proud of. If you’re a young kid looking for your first apartment or just need a place to stay until you can get finances figured out , I say go for it . But it’s not a place you want to stay at very long . It never felt like home .
