I had a very horrible year with them. I had cockroaches since day 2. The walls are paper thin and most of the apartments are infested with fleas. They claim to have security but I have caught them multiple times sleeping inside of the laundry room. The first time I walked in on one of them on a late evening I almost had a heart attack.
