Not the friendliest experience. We called ahead to confirm they had a specific type of nail so we would not waste a trip. After driving about 20 minutes to get there, they did not actually have it in stock. That was frustrating enough, but the bigger issue was feeling like we were treated as if we were the problem for asking. We understand people get busy, and that is why we are not leaving a 1 star review. But this did not feel like a very customer friendly experience, especially for someone who is not a regular.
Melissa, Sonia and everyone else here are phenomenal in the areas of Customer Service, and Material Quality is top shelf.
The crew is great top down...fair prices with great service.
They have some of the best customers service at Stoneway.
Called and had questions about roofing supplies and was put in touch with Erin. Erin was kind and gave me thoughtful helpful answers that helped me with my roofing decisions. I really appreciated the time she spent with me and for.sharing her years of knowledge with me. It helped me a ton in the decisions I needed to make.
