Friday they came to deliver roofing material to my roof for a new roof replacement on July 14. Nice! I called in and spoke to Jesse, he knew who I was when I got there. Great customer service and fast delivery. Once he placed the order he even went to grab it for me real quick and helped with some additional questions I asked about NuRay colors. I had just come from Beacon Roofing Supply where the guy looked annoyed and didn’t answer my question if they had color sheets and dismissed me. Complete 180 at Stoneway. Friendly customer service goes a long way. Probably why Stoneway will be putting Beacon out of business.
