The property itself was good, but my experience with the office management—particularly Candace—was very disappointing. Communication was often difficult, emails came across as rude and unprofessional, and it was challenging to get timely responses to questions or concerns. Unfortunately, the move-out process was handled poorly, which left a negative impression overall. While the property met expectations, the management experience did not.
Wish google had more stars to rank Stonewater! We lived here for two years just after we got married and loved every bit of it. Friendly and competent management, great amenities, and well designed living spaces for tenants. We are so thankful to Stonewater for creating a beautiful space for us to live and thrive.
