I am updating my review from August 2024, I have just finished my 15 month lease and have moved from Elkhart. Stonewater was a nice place to live. It is a bit on the pricey side, but you are provided with amenities that other apartments do not provide. What really separates Stonewater from other apartment dwelling is the staff. Administration of building is run by Candace, and she is personable and caring. Maintenance done by LD, Shelby, and Jesus is spot on.
