We were redoing our entire house after the stone we bought from them starting cracking throughout the house. They gave us credit for that stone but we had to pay a boatload for the fabrication. I put $10k down to hold my slabs and they demanded full payment before fabrication. I thought this was strange as what protection do I have if they do a terrible job?
