I purchased my first ever home here from them when I was in California I trusted them thought it’s big company and they took advantage of that my home is good example of poor workmanship there is countless defect in it I spend all my life investment in this home which they poorly constructed there is not only poor finishing also my roof leak in snow storm .which they said it’s act of god and your bad luck .Roof was not painted walls, main door etc .when I came still there was paint patches everywhere .shoe molding was not do... read more

I just bought a home from Taylor Morrison in the neighborhood and I have been having a pretty rough start. For starters we closed rather quickly, so they made an addendum to address my concerns and still haven’t done that after over 2 months of owning the home. On top of that I’ve had a broken stove, A/C not work for over a week, and small things that I shouldn’t have to deal with.
