Worst management company ever. They will screw you over and insulted you. They have no idea what they doing. Also no 24 hrs maintenance on call. You have to wait til business hours for them to fix your water leak.

Worst property management/landlord I’ve ever had, the other low ratings are absolutely correct and you should avoid them at all costs. Not only did one of their property managers enter our apartment illegally while we were gone, they will exercise their right to enter your apartment without any consideration for you or anything else, only giving the bare minimum of a 24 hours notice. They are trying to sell the property our apartment is on, and have scheduled multiple showings of our unit per week, so we have random people c... read more
