They don’t notify when you are going to renew your lease. They never call back if you don’t speak to them directly. Management is never there in person. Horrible customer service.
Worst management company ever. They will screw you over and insulted you. They have no idea what they doing. Also no 24 hrs maintenance on call. You have to wait til business hours for them to fix your water leak.
