Worst property management/landlord I’ve ever had, the other low ratings are absolutely correct and you should avoid them at all costs. Not only did one of their property managers enter our apartment illegally while we were gone, they will exercise their right to enter your apartment without any consideration for you or anything else, only giving the bare minimum of a 24 hours notice. Great company to work with whether leasing apartments or commercial space
I am very concerned about the signs put up in front of your properties. Given their location, I can only assume you support the message and the candidate behind them. It is incredibly disappointing that a local developer who benefits from Clarence's quality school district is advocating that residents vote the budget down. There is no way that people will go in to vote down Proposition 3 (which doesn't impact school taxes in any way) and not vote no for the budget too. You know that, and it's incredibly cynical.
