We stayed in one of the cabins while we were touring wedding venues in the Hill Country. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was convenient to wineries, gas, and a few restaurants. We enjoyed drinks on the observation deck at sunset. I had some issues with the wifi, and the team member on duty was very responsive via text and helped me get connected. We would definitely stay again!
If you are traveling with people who need an RV site or a bigger space like a cabin, this is a great place to accommodate everyone. Besides regular quaint motel rooms that are comfortably and smartly furnished, they have cabins across from four RV sites with a porch to take in the woods and wildlife that appear in the early morning or at dusk. ★★★★★ This was our third stay at the Stonewall Motor Lodge, and once again it didn’t disappoint. We usually book one of the cabins, but on this trip we made a last-minute decision and were able to get a king room instead. Anita was incredibly helpful and made the booking process so easy. We absolutely love this little roadside gem in the Hill Country. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our experience this weekend with Stonewall Motor Lodge was wonderful! The owners were simply amazing accommodating our needs! They truly went above and beyond. The room was cozy and clean! It had everything we needed. We slept like babies because it was so quiet! We will definitely stay there again when in the Texas Wine country!!
Our stay at Stonewall Motor Lodge was wonderful! The owners/managers were just phenomenal! They went above and beyond to accommodate us this weekend! The room was cozy and very clean! It had everything we needed, even extra trash bags for traveling trash! When we're in the Texas Wine Country again, we will definitely stay there!
