Jerry and his team did excellent work on our 100+ year-old puddingstone retaining wall. The finished product looks fantastic. But more important was Jerry's patience, professionalism, attention to detail, flexibility, enthusiasm, excellent suggestions, and, above all, his willingness to take the time to explain the approach, listen to questions and concerns, and involve me in the process. Jerry made many suggestions that were an improvement to the work. His quotation was detailed and explinations extreemly helpful. The work consisted of cleaning the stone , removing and repalcing motar to the 100+ year old pudding stone retaining wall, encapsulationg the top of the wall, and repairing the entrance stoop with new granite steps and platform and natural stone risers. After we got our quote and made a deposit, the entire process went very quickly. Jerry never tried to oversell on anything. I ended up adding additional work after the initial quote, which they were cool with. I also love how the quote was itemized and included prices for other pavers of similar styles at different price points. Him and his crew were total professionals. It truly was a pleasure to work with StoneWall. Jerry had fantastic ideas about how we could make our back yard both welcoming to people and dog friendly. He has a great design sense and was able to share his vision of what it would look like. His team always showed up when he said they would and the quality of their work is excellent. In less than two weeks he managed to turn our mud pit of a yard into a gorgeous oasis with a patio, plantings, lighting, and a landscaped gravel area for the dogs.
We had ugly environmental pavers covering the backyard; Jerry & his team were able to transform it with upgraded pavers & sod. Great work.
We contracted StoneWall to install a patio area, but also solve for some unique drainage issues on our property. The estimate was clear, Jerry took the time to explain everything in detail and work with us on any changes, and the work was completed in the timeframe he'd outlined. His crew was detail-oriented, treated the yard and property with care, and really took time to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
