The rent keeps going up and the quality keeps going down. The french doors are drafty, the old windows are awful, I can hear water dripping in the walls after a shower or flushing the toilet, there is no storage space at all, barely any counter space in the kitchen, there have been roaches since I've moved in (5 years ago) and just found a small mouse today.
